5 Star Review By BWSS

No I don't work for Fawcett Plumbing and no I have never used them before but our building needed a plumber today as the kitchen sink was blocked. So we looked on True Local and my gut feeling said this company was ok and their website said it like it was. So, I rang Mark, the owner who said Sue would call me back with a time, Sue rang within about 10 minutes to say Plumber Simon was on his way. Simon then rang to say he was on his way and I gave him directions to park in the rear of the property. When Simon arrived he looked at the job and brought in his goody box of tricks and in about 45 minutes had the job all wrapped up, cleaned up after him and charged us slightly less than was quoted. I h ave to hand it to the team at Fawcett that they are prompt and efficient, truthful and incredibly friendly, they dispelled the horror stories you often hear about plumbers. Today was on it's way to 46C so not a pleasant day for any trades-person but Simon was very cool, he even allowed the three of us to watch him which can be unnerving to some people.
