Absolutely we had a friendly technician named Luke who surpassed everything I was looking for. The Company was super quick to respond to my call and supplied and fitted out New Hot Water service in no time. The job was done professionally and attention to detail. The pricing was very competitive so much so I didn’t need any other quotes.It never hurts to have a friendly and smiling face that is doing the job and that was given to us in spades. I would highly recommend Fawcett Group in my opinion “Simply the Best”. Rob & Sue
