Rang Fawcett group on Wednesday with a faulty gas hot water system. Plans were made to attend the next day and they did so on time and communicated well on the way. Jordy & Jp arrived on-site as expected, diagnosed required repairs and offered a quote immediately on-site. Once approved they had the stay team replaced on the day, no fuss and professionally installed. Job no 78949
