Battling blocked drains for days and finally contacted my insurance company who cover part of the costs of repairs. Fawcett Plumbing fixed my drains and didn’t take advantage of the insurance contribution! I love that honesty. The service was awesome by Jordy and now a plumbing company I trust.

Aaron the plumber who attended was professional, friendly and efficient, I was expecting the first plumber that contacted me back to say that he would be at my home mid morning, at around 1.45pm I texted that number to enquire if he had been held up at another job and if so could he please let me know approx arrival time and received no reply until I got a call from Aaron whom told me when he would arrive and he arrived promptly at that time. I gave 5 stars because Aaron was absolutely awesome
